Had to call them 10 times and still was unable to get information on the contract extension. They hang up the phone with all sorts of excuses. They were absolutely unprofessional when I moved in, asking for rent payment 1 year in advance. Worst agency I ever had to deal with. Never again.

This was the worst experience I have ever had. No help for the renter. I thought maybe their only focus was for the property client but I have heard from their experience it has been just as bad.I would never use them again. Appalling.

Dexter's was forced upon me when they bought my managment company since then they are very unhelpful and only care about themselves not the client fyi I'm paying huge feesI would never recommend using Dexter's to lease, sell or manage your property it makes me sick now and I can't wait to escape as soon as possible...
