Really disappointed with Dexters. Twice my property was left unlocked after a viewing. Communication was sporadic and ofter out of date with pro format emails not suited to my situations. Initial valuation was high but they suggested reducing it after a few days once they had the businesses. Only quick response from them was after completion when, within 10 minutes I had an email asking for a five star review.

We were very happy with Dexters on a recent purchase in West London. We were in a chain of six and at various key times we needed Dexter to push other parties in the chain to keep the transaction moving. Even immediately prior to completion we needed their help and they made the necessary phone calls to get us over the line. They are attentive, responsive and honest in their dealings.

In my experience, Dexters are the best Estate Agency in London. Because of the type of my job, I have been dealing with too many agencies both with their sales and rentals departments. I have asked the assistance of different agencies as a tenant, as a buyer and as a seller. Dexters have always been very professional, knowledgable and respectful in all roles.
