My partner an I were moving to London for the first time and were struggling to find a nice flat, in an area we liked. I found that our agent at Dexter's ( Lauren Evans ) really helped support us find somewhere we liked and the journey of actually letting it, while being a joy to talk to.

TrustpilotAvoid - they cling on to your deposit
If you rent via Dexters, don’t expect your deposit back any time soon. It’s been 53 days since I vacated the property and 28 days since it was agreed I will receive my deposit in full, despite there being a 10 day rule under the TDP scheme.

We met on Friday she was super professional and listened to me - what I want and on Saturday she showed me the flat that ticked all the boxes. On Tuesday contract was signed. GoogleRecently managed to find a flat with two friends very quickly with the help of Jilka Patel from Dexter's. Overall she was very helpful and friendly, and managed to negotiate a agreement with the landlord for our new flat within a day, taking into account our wishes perfectly.
