GoogleA completly different attitude from the main Ealing office which is great! Lauren helped us find our new flat and she has been so nice and approachable. Our last experience with the Ealing office was quite bad but this time around with West Ealing it was much better. Daisy our property manager from the previous flat has also been quite helpfull throughout the past 2 years.

GoogleIt's unfortunate that you cannot rate below 1. Worst experience ever, from Lauren, to Daniel, to the other managers Grace and Michael, we had the pleasure to speak also to the director for how they messed up, and still not able to solve the issues. Even the landlady of the flat changed agency. Awful experience and I wouldn't even recommend to my enemies.

GoogleHave been using Dexters since 2006 until ~2014, stepped away for cheaper management fees for 3 years with disastrous results and returned to their care in 2017. They brought my house back to its original condition and found reliable tenants and managed all repairs to exemplary standard. Couldn't fault, would happily recommend especially for overseas landlord. Low stress turn key management. Thanks Dexters!

They were always quick to respond to my questions and were especially helpful regarding the referencing check, which was a little bit trickier in my case because I was relocating back to the UK from abroad.
