Jourdain and Daniel were very helpful in our house hunting expedition! We were new to the area and looking for a good renting situation close to work. The market may be tight currently but they seemed to have good connections in the community and a perfect living situation opened up the day after I was introduced to the Dexter's team here in this side of town. Regardless of whether or not they have what you're looking for at the time, they are going to treat you well and work hard for you. Highly communicative team. Definitely recommend giving these guys a try if you're looking!

I was very impressed with Jourdain & his team. In the space of 4 days having the house on the rental market, they were able to achieve the asking price and offers above it. After the terrible service we had when the house was rented and managed by RSK for 3 years and even more appalling service with their sales team when we did attempt to test the market, it was a breath of fresh air to see that Jourdain and his team were reliable, professional, respectful towards the potential tenants/ourselves and on time with the appointments! We hope they keep up with the good work.No doubt, we would use Dexters to sell the house one day, if they are as good as their letting team !

Really amazing service. I have been living in an apartment in London (near Ealing) where i received the opportunity letter from Dexters. Once it came to wanting the property letted, i contacted them and since the moment i was in contact with Dexters, it was a very quick and smooth process to get the property rented. Very surprising that it took less than a week to get professional/corporate tenants. The main agents we dealt with were Alex and Anthony. Alex was there from the start from inspecting the property to communicating everything we needed to know to get the property within right standards. His advice was very useful. Definitely worth renting with Dexters Ealing and especially going for the 5-year agreement as all the safety certificates are included (bonus). If you are a first time landlord, definitely go with Dexters (Ealing), they explain everything in simple terms and ensure you understand everything as well as giving you alternatives. Well recommended

I was a tent through dexters for 2 years and 8 month, and had to terminate my 3 years agreement for some reasons. Daniel and his team were very helpful and had to secure a new tenant in a very short period of time, otherwise I would’ve been stuck with costly obligations. Fantastic experience working Dexters West Ealing Estate Agents, they are clearly a team of professionals who pride them selves on excellence and delivering a service to a high standard. I worked with David who was highly responsive to all emails, arranged a viewing almost immediately and presented properties to us which fit exactly what we were looking for. David also worked very hard to ensure that negotiations ran smoothly with the landlord and was very supportive in clarifying areas of the process. We had a leak into our showroom from the flat above, that Dexters were managing on behalf of the owner. Within two hours of calling Daisy at dexters in Ealing we had a plumber on site fixing the leak. This swift service meant that the damage was kept to a minimum, once the leak had been fixed, Daisy was very pro active and arranged for the decorating team to pop over and survey the damage, they are now booked in for next week to get the damaged area painted. Great service!!! Highly recommend the lettings team at Ealing Dexters!!

We dealt with Sabrina in lettings and she was extremely friendly and helpful at all times. Very professional service and we would happily use the agency again. Edit (March 2018) Dexters were very good and efficient with us when we initially were moving in. However since then I have found their follow up service poor. I had a phone call from a gentleman from this branch when we we're trying to sort out a leak coming from the upstairs flat (also managed by dexters) and he was quite rude and dismissive of me. He talked down to me and told me I was wrong as it wasn't anything to do with their upstairs flat (it was...) There have also been occasions where they were meant to organise repair men coming in and it just never happened- our landlord had to chase them to get anything done I think their initial service was good but everything since has been disappointing.. I'm hindsight I don't think we'd chose to use them again..

Dear all, I would like to share with you my experience in trying to find a new house. I have started the search at the beginning of February. I must say that it was challenging because my situation was peculiar and I faced several refusals of my offers. After 2 months of searching and being tired of viewings, I found a nice house and the property was managed by Dexter. In less than 2 days I had a new home and all thanks to Daniel the manager and Jourdain the agent. I must say that before I was dealing with several other agencies, but nobody was able to understand the advantages of my offer or willing to help me. I thought that I would be forced to look for a sharing solution which was my worse nightmare. But a big company like Dexter, with experienced people managed to get a house for me.

She even recorded and sent me a detailed video of a property I didn't have time to view in person, which ended up being the one I rented.
