GoogleNOT PROFESIONAL AT ALL! My viewing appointment was at 17:00, I was waiting for Freja Williams for nearly half an hour in her office in Earls Court! Instead of being sorry she asked me to wait couple of more minutes! She waisted my day! I had to cancel my next appointment cause of her! At least she could be sorry for her rude behaviour!

I highly recommend her as I feel it is hard to get this level of service in London. She was so attentive and responsive with all aspects of the tenancy of my flat so thank you very much!

GoogleThe guys i worked with (Joell and Charlie) - were quick to understand what I needed and helped me nail down the apartment I wanted. Also they have been very responsive throughout the process for any queries I had. Inaddition, Lisa from property management has been helping me settle in the apartment, pro-actively following any concerns/issues I have. Definitely recommend working with them!
