GoogleFinding a new apartment in a new country is never easy and we were very pleased with service and interactions we had with Dexters and with Kristel specifically. From day 1, she was extremely helpful and responsive. She showed us the flat we ended up renting twice in one day, kept us apprised of the timeline and other offers, and after we secured the flat, was highly responsive to the myriad of questions and requests we had. She responded to emails, picked up the phone to call us on more urgent matters, and efficiently liaised with both our destination services team as well as the property’s landlord. There are many letting agents out there and for expats, it can be quite overwhelming. We would recommend Dexters and Kristel to anyone.

GoogleI've been letting out properties in Earls Court for the last 20 years and only recently moved to Dexters from one of the other leading agencies. I have to say that I should have done it sooner, my experience has been excellent, the team are enthusiastic, proactive and have ensured that I have no down time between tenants. Also great to have commission deducted monthly rather than at the front end of the rental, makes a big difference to cash flow. Strongly recommend.

GoogleI'm a landlord & have been using Dexters for decades.They have a very diffecult job managing expectations of both landlord & tenant.Things have & do go wrong but I can assure any proffesional lanlord that when engaging their services that they do their best.Of particular note is the Branch Manager at the Earls Court Letting office (Mr Charlie Daniels).The reality is he can't do everything but he dose his best & his efforts have been appreciated by me.I do Dexters acknowledge his efforts.

GoogleI went to Dexters’ office with a short timeline (wanted to move in a week) and specific demands, and to be quite honest I didn’t have that much expectations after being turned down by other agents. However Kristel from Earl’s court office was able to immediately pull some options and we went for a viewing on the spot! One viewing with Dexters was enough, as they knew exactly what I wanted, the apartment met every single requirement I had (location, design, price, moving date). One thing to note also, Kristel continued to keep me on the loop so that I’m always aware of what’s next (e.g., forms to fill) which really helps expediting the process. Thank you!

GoogleGreat and even enjoyable experience finding a flat with Kristel! Very very friendly, kind and considerate of what you are looking for. The time taken to get things fixed since (as property managers) had been a bit hit/miss until Lisa became our property manager and things moved a lot quicker. She has provided an invaluable service throughout (even managed to waive a move-out fee - what a superwoman!). All the employees I have been in contact with have been nothing but friendly and professional. Thank you all for your efforts, it is very appreciated :)

GoogleMy experience with dexters was really bad. I would suggest the future tenants must be very, very careful when signing your agreement with Dexters. If you dont ask, the staff in the office probably wont point out the details in the agreement that you should pay attentation such as the breakclause, etc. Also, the staff in the office moved quite frequently as the people who in charge of my agreement changed many times within only 6 months, I even didnt know who should I ask for? Besides, there were too many people/departments inside Dexters to handle one agreement, which made the agreement transfer or other processes very slow, and no one wanted to take the responsibility if something went wrong. In summary, it is easy to pay the money, not easy to get the corresponding service. You should very, very careful, should I pay, is my agreement details all clear and explained by the dexters? Hope it helps for future tenants, especially for oversea students! Regards, Huadong
