GoogleEarly May I completed my tenancy period which lasted for 5 years with this agent. Overall it was fairly comfortable time. However, as in late July, honestly I feel very disappointed of the lack of response by the agent regarding my deposits. After my vacation, no inventory report issued nor real updates provided as if my deposits is totally forgotten. I don’t see any clarity of what’s going on. Total lack of responsibility for large money deposited and I don’t recommend this agent if you can avoid.

GoogleVery disappointed in Dexters. Incompetent, slow and a complete absence of communication between staff left me doing the jobs of most of the agents working in this office. Took funds that were promised to be reimbursed to me, without letting me know. Inability to pick up the phone and speak to our landlord when emails were left unanswered. Overall a very dishonest agency that has caused me months of stress and hours of phone calls simply trying to figure out what Dexters are doing behind my back without updating me. I would never use this agency again. Strongly do not recommend.
