GoogleI had the best experience with Saif from Dexters. A group of four had our property fall through but we all felt well communicated too and cared after and the entire experience was genuine and relaxed. I never felt pressured and Saif genuinely made sure our needs were heard to the lanlord as he sought out the perfect property for us. 10/10 all in all very professional and personal service and could recommend again.

GoogleEven though the agent have to deal sometimes with slow Landlord decision or insurance claim they are really responsive and try their best to make things moving forward. In case of sick leave or holidays of your main agent there is always a good responsiveness although the client quality vary once you deal with the "back-up" team. If I'd only to note my agent (Daisy) it would be definitely a 5 stars !
