GoogleHaving found a wonderful house that I really wanted to buy, I was daunted at the thought of selling my own flat in the short time that was needed to put an offer in. I need not have worried. Within a couple of days of contacting Liz Widdicombe, and Olly Robinson in the Fulham Office, they had come round, valued my property using their extensive knowledge of the area and were already contacting a number of buyers that they thought may be interested from their wide ranging databases, as well as taking enquiries online. Within 3 weeks I had a very good offer from purchasers that they had thoroughly vetted. Liz and Olly continued to monitor and liaise with the purchasers, solicitors and the agent managing the property I wanted to buy, and closed the deal just before Christmas. They went over and above to advise and inform all parties with any information that was needed and were not only thoroughly professional, but did it with a huge amount of enthusiasm and with a smile on their faces. Nothing was too much trouble and I can only say how reassuring it was to have them manage my sale and help me to buy my dream house. Highly highly recommended - thankyou both.

GoogleI'm really disappointed with how I was treated. I was booked in for a viewing today 2 days ago, I even called an 1hr 20 minutes before the viewing time to confirm the time and area only for me to get there and call and they tell me the place I came to view is not available. I'm extremely upset since I came all the way from Essex and alot of money and time was spent in getting to this viewing. The agent I called could have told me in advance before making that journey.
Please be careful when viewing this estate agency. If you can ask for a virtual viewing instead to avoid the same treatment.
