GoogleThe sale of our property with a totally different agent had fallen through and Dexters were very proactive in approaching me to offer their services in marketing the property to their extensive list of clients. The tenacity of the manager, Charlie I-G was fantastic. They quickly got their entire sales team around for me to brief them on the house, which was both efficient and unexpected. The team then got a huge amount of viewings in and kept me updated with the bookings and feedback. Once we got an interested buyer, they helped with the negotiations and then crucially, Liz did a great job of liaising with all parties and the solicitors to ensure everything was on track and went smoothly. I had a great experience and off the back of it, I highly recommend this team!

Devin Gray and Avni Patel at the Dexters Fulham office were instrumental in keeping all parties up to date and well informed as to what remained to be done, and particularly in explaining any issues or requirements to me. While as a buyer I have my own solicitors, it was so helpful to have their commercial and practical experience as another trusted touch point, making my experience as painless as possible. They were both always very kind and patient with me, which makes a world of difference when you are committing to an otherwise stressful process! Their willingness to go above and beyond to provide excellent service really sets them apart from all the other estate agents I had thus far interacted with.
