GoogleI cannot thank Leah and Talvinder enough for the help and support on a very challenging and lengthily flat sale and house purchase. Leah did a great job at finding us our perfect house understanding just what it was we were looking for knowing the area well, and selling our flat also. Both Leah and Talvinder were great in communicating, their customer service excellent and remained very professional through dealing with and managing a tricky process. GoogleI'm writing this review to praise a particular member of staff ( Nicole Snape ). My colleagues and I have bought and sold many properties over the years; through various estate agents. Some good and some bad; however Nicole stands out by a million miles. Her professionalism and attention to details is unrivalled. The pre sale, sale and post sale service was second to none. We could go on and on for days about how wonderful Nicole was; but we will conclude this review with the following: Nicole is a credit to the profession, to Dexters and most of all to herself. So much so that we will be putting are next project in Battersea on the market once completed with Dexters. Nicole keep up the good work.

GoogleI sold my flat with Dexters in 2016. Very impressed with the service, speedy efficient, friendly and with great communication. I was doubly impressed with them when I had to deal with other estate agents later on. Particularly helpful is their completion service, which keeps the sale on track after an offer is made. I dealt with Talvinder at the Clapham office, who was really helpful in talking to solicitors etc and generally keeping things moving and me informed at all stages. I'd have no hesitation in recommending them if you're thinking of selling.

GoogleCracking agent!! We sold our house through them recently and even though we lost a few sales they always had someone to slide back in. Not easy in this market!! Talvinder was excellent, communication was great and she managed our buyer through a tricky process. We’ve now made our dream move to the countryside in our amazing new home that we could only secure because of the price and speed of sale that Dexters secured. Worth every penny of commission. Commisery??? Yeah right!!

GoogleMy son Dominic completed on a flat in Crescent Lane, Clapham last Friday 11th Oct. Emily Hunt needs particular mention, as she showed Dom the flat when marketed at 500k but later when she knew he had offered on another flat at 460k, took the initiative to show me the flat in Crescent Lane. It was now at a price and was exactly the type of flat we were looking for. Great location. Emily not only got the Spec right she had listened to what our needs were. Throughout the process she was professional, always cheerful and acted as a real facilitator. We would certainly use Dexters again based on our experience with dealing with Emily - we would highly recommend her service to us.

They were highly professional, always quick to respond to every enquiry I had and were available all the way through the process. The after sales team were fantastic. The process dragged due to last minute enquiries and they put up with me moaning on a daily basis. Highly recommended.

GoogleWe worked with Dexters Clapham on our recent house purchase and the level of communication from the estate agent George Underwood was fantastic. Unlike other estate agents we've worked with in the past Dexters were very active in acting as liaisons between the vendor and ourselves to ensure everything stayed on schedule to complete on the house. All in all we'd definitely recommend them and look to use them again ourselves in future.
