Excellent service at Dendrow in Maida Vale. Saam was very attentive, listened carefully to what we needed and did not stop until we found the perfect place. He was very freindly and is always good for advice. I have dealt with many agents over the years, most of which were always very unprofessional and quite forceful, dealing with Saam and the team at Dendrow was a breath of fresh air. Would certainly recommend.

GoogleWow! Potentially stressful sale of flat made easy as Zack so good and reliable. Keeping me informed, replying quickly to messages (even when on holiday) and smoothing the way with a few items that the agent should not reasonably expect to do. But he did. He also provided good support to the buyer. I would not hesitate to recommend Dendrow. Also, prior to selling, the property was rented out through Dendrow. Again the support and attention to detail and responsiveness was brilliant. 3 previous companies I was with made mistakes or created problems making my life more difficult. Dendrow did not. Bizarrely all my dealings have been from a distance and I have never met any of them.

GoogleThe Dendrow team decorated my flat following a leak from the upstairs property. They were very professional, worked quickly and efficiently, they did an excellent job. They liaised with my tenants directly and removed all stress of me having to do it all myself. I’m very happy with this company and the service, and will use them time and time again.

Awful company. STAY CLEAR OF THESE SCAMMERS. They stole my holding deposit even though they/landlord didn’t want to proceed with the contract. Please use other agents as they are extremely untrustworthy and dishonest. Never transfer a holding deposit to them as they will find a way to steal your money. Don’t make the same mistake I did.

I was warned by a few friends not to use this company but we were struggling to find a property so we used Dendrow. I have never been so shocked by a company. Overcharging us, ignoring calls, broken things in the house, dirty when we arrived. It’s awful. NEVER use them!!
