GoogleWe had a fantastic experience with David Daniels. The rental process always felt clear and trustworthy, any time we had an issue it was resolved in a timely manner and communication was great. They checked in on us occasionally but largely left us to live in the property undisturbed as we wanted. It was the smoothest check out process I have experienced as they confirmed with the landlord and released our full deposit within a matter of days which was very much appreciated. Can highly recommend!

Moving homes is never easy. From the first moment to the last Lee has been nothing but professional, efficient and understanding our needs. The whole process of renting (from placing an offer to signing the contract) went so smooth, thanks to his assistance. He has been always there for us and even though he had to be on an annual leave for a week he made sure we are taken care of. Massive thanks Mr Mills. You are true asset to the team.

GoogleJust wanted to feedback how professional and helpful you team has been in arranging for a heat retention installed and fan for the kitchen and bathroom of which I had to seek approval from the freeholder. This was installed a few weeks ago. I managed to purchase 2 recommended dehumidifier given the extreme cold snap we have been having in the past few years. I visited the premises last weekend and was impressed with your engineer high standards of work.

Very professional Estate Agents starting with the super photos, presentation and particulars from Dean, followed by very attentive Sales Agent George Seabrook who was always on the ball, kept everyone up to date and moved the sale along. I highly recommend them.

As a landlord of an unmanaged property, Zoe showed empathy and extended support by dealing with an incorrectly directed complaint by a neighbour. She took ownership, sought advice and sourced a tradesman - all within a day. Fortunately, complaint was retracted as it related to property on other side!
