GoogleI lived in a property that was let by David Daniels for nearly two years. The team in Leytonstone were fantastic at organising my viewings and then at managing the whole process as we proceeded. They were completely hassle free and professional in the whole time that I lived there. On vacating the property were very good at organising and managing block viewings to reduce any inconvenience. I would highly recommend David Daniels to either tenants or landlords alike.

GoogleLee Correia has been so incredibly helpful and patient through the process of securing my property, and has made me feel very confident using David Daniels' service in the future. He went above and beyond to assist me with any queries and requests I had, or any guidance I required as a first-time renter. I'm also very impressed with how quickly he would respond to emails and calls, as this was such a great help. I'd been in contact with many other agencies during the time that I was searching for a property, and none of them were as helpful or as responsive as David Daniels. GoogleCommunication is poor. They ignore you if you want confirmation of whether the rent is increasing, and refuse to tell you until after you’ve signed on for 12 months (and then you’re liable to pay to break the contract if you want to leave). Very shady and dishonest - for two years we had problems trying to get them to confirm the rent amount. Also have to call them up in order to get an email response. Not great.

GoogleI worked with Lee Correia and Lee Miller to let a property that we had available near West Ham Park. It filled me with confidence knowing that Lee C has been working at the office for 11 years! Everything was very smooth and the property was let very quickly. Feedback from the tenant was that negotiator Lee Miller was very professional and not salesy. Highly recommended.

My main contact was Georgia and she was always friendly and helpful and provided me with the best advice. The team work really well together, they all seem to know what's going on with my property when someone I need to speak to is on holiday, which I don't think is an easy task but they make it easy. Smooth communication systems and professional human approach to their business. Thank you for all your work over 5 and a half years!
