Good Morning Sir. As you are fully aware, the damage deposit is registered by your landlord via her chosen deposit scheme. Any deductions made on this are due to damages caused in the property during your tenancy. I personally visited the property after you had vacated and the house was left in a very bad way. GoogleVery rude to the customers. I enquired a property and spoke to one of the gentleman but he was very arrogant that expressed clearly he did not want to waste time if i can not get the 5k more. I have never been treated like this with other agents and this is more than upsetting.

GoogleI had a very bad experience with David Daniels, they are very rude with they tenants, and they don't show any empathy to they customers whaterver the situation of their customers. I do not recommend this letting company to anyone. on top of all this ,they create a bad reputation on they tenants.
