We recently sold our one bedroom flat through David Astburys and I could not recommend them highly enough. We had difficulty with our property because we have been caught up with cladding issues and various other problems with the building that required work so it was not an easy sell. Throughout the time we had the property on the market, the team - Dillen, George and Gaelle - were always on the other end of the phone with great advice and made an effort to keep up-to-date with the market so we understood what the regulations were and how this would impact the value of our property. Once we had an offer accepted, George and Simone were incredible at helping us push this through. We had a tricky buyer and a incompetent solicitor and they did their best to keep chasing things down and keeping things moving. They navigated all the hurdles with grace and kept us feeling relaxed throughout the process which was tough considering how stressful it was for us! Thanks to the entire team for all your help!

I cannot recommend David Astburys enough to do them justice. After having a terrible experience with another agent, we were lucky enough to find them, from the 1st time that we walked into the Islington branch, we have had nothing but service, care and professionalism. Meeting Khan was the 1st step, he gave us the confidence that we needed to proceed. Elena looked after us to get the flat totally re-decorated through their contractors. Everything being ready to go on the market, we had the total pleasure of dealing with Neah. She is a gem and a credit to this company, she has a positive attitude, has a sunny disposition, caring and professional. She managed to secure a tenant in just a few days. He was always available to help and answer the many questions I had and provided a great link between me, the buyer and the vendors helping to facilitate the process.
