I want to share my experience with Gaella Salloum. I requested a viewing through the website and she called me to follow up. She was very friendly and helpful. She also sent me a few more properties that fitted my interest to view. She showed a property to us in Highbury and drove us to view 3other one's in Kentish town and I believe it was after her working hours but she made so much effort to help us and create a good experience. I've just completed on the sale of my home and I can honestly say the team at David Astbury have been truly amazing throughout the process. From the moment they came to view the house to value it, liaising on the viewings and throughout the sales process. They were professional, friendly and always responsive. There is literally not one negative I can think of. I would highly recommend anyone looking to sell their property to go with David Astbury's, asking for Dillen and George, they were both excellent, total stars, even when things got tricky with solicitors at the final stage stage of the sale. Astbury are a bunch of amateur cowboys with their disgraceful treatment of tenants. Great with sellers because they charge huge commission. I rented an unfurnished flat from them in 2016. Arrived with lorry full of belongings on moving day to find an absolute dump. Four broken wardrobes, a cheap plastic three piece suite, a rickety coffee table a filthy bedside table and a basement full of rubbish. I told Yianni, George and Aaron to ger rid of it. They never did. Yianni hilariously tried to tell me the plastic furniture was quality leather! They don't know what they're doing. If you're looking to rent don't use them.

I want to share my experience of relocating to London and finding the right apartment. It was quite a challenge, and I visited over seven apartments before finding the one that suited me best. Fortunately, Joe played a crucial role in this process right from the start. He helped me schedule a visit to a lovely flat. I have been using David Astburys ever since they were established. I moved to them to follow Aaron Cox, one the founding members and owners of this business. Aaron and all other Directors and staff have very high service standards. In particular, I cannot praise Elena Sarris enough, such is her level of service in terms of quality and response time. Elena has not missed any email or telephone call from me and her response is almost instateneous. I could write 1,000 words of praise for her qualities and I still would not do her full justice. In my over 30 years of experience as a property investor, I have dealt with scores of letting businesses and managers and I would say that no one could deliver any better service than her time after time and without fail.

Renting in London as a student or young professional is stressful, time-consuming and scary no matter which way you slice it. But Leigh from David Astburys (Islington N1 office) is about as close as you get to to peace-of-mind throughout the process. We called for a same-day viewing for a flat in Camden and got in just a few hours later that day (with a time made to suit my schedule!). Leigh was helpful as anything, willing to answer any and all questions about the property, neighborhood and process. About 24 hours - and 1,000 of my questions - later, we've got our deposits through, tenancy guides signed and can finally take a deep breath. Could not recommend this office (specifically Leigh!) enough for the attentiveness and professionalism they've shown in what is almost strictly a nightmare market!
