GoogleI bought a flat with David Astbury Islington. George Greeves showed me around and was excellent from start to finish. He was always available to help and answer the many questions I had and provided a great link between me, the buyer and the vendors helping to facilitate the process. March Reefe was also on hand and great when George was unavailable. So I highly recommend the sales team at David Astbury for both their friendliness and professionalism.. I give 10 out of 10!

She has been incredibly helpful in coordinating a recent boiler issue, ensuring the tenants were well looked after while also helping me as the landlord keep costs under control. GoogleI have had dealt with the Crouch End (lettings) and Islington (sales) offices over the last 2/3 years and have found them to be very efficient, pro-active and a pleasure to work with. George @ Islington has been helping me try to sell a flat in Liverpool Street for over a year, has seen deals fall through but has always kept in regular contact and maintained his enthusiasm. I was so pleased that he was involved in finally getting a deal to exchange last week! Great service!

GoogleCharlotte at David Astbury's helped my mother and I find a flat recently. At this point we were exasperated with our search and had only found properties that were of low quality or were badly connected / in not the nicest area, all at high prices. The property at David Astbury's on the other hand is a gem. Charlotte and her team worked with utmost professionalism and ensured that we got our offer in very quickly. We are very pleased with the service and the outcome!

GoogleDealt with Joe at David Astburys when looking for rental property. He was highly professional, communicative and reliable. Always quick to respond and eager to help. Unfortunately i think everyone in the UK rental system, including agents, tenants and even owners suffer from a poorly regulated system that gives landlords too much power. In order to apply for tenancy one must meet a high level of personal appraisal, submit personal information and referees, and even a substantial deposit, before making an offer which can be reviewed by the landlord for an indeterminate period of time. When in this state of submission the landlord can entertain a bidding war or even just wait as long as they like for a better offer, irrespective of whether the advertised rate and terms are met by the original offer. This leaves the applicant and agent unable to explore other rental options as to withdraw the offer at any time risks loss of the deposit. This all for the privileged few who can afford to apply. It feels like the end game of a broken society. Other than that, highly recommended, 5 stars

GoogleI want to share my experience with Gaella Salloum. I requested a viewing through the website and she called me to follow up. She was very friendly and helpful. She also sent me a few more properties that fitted my interest to view. She showed a property to us in Highbury and drove us to view 3other one's in Kentish town and I believe it was after her working hours but she made so much effort to help us and create a good experience. Thanks Gaella we really enjoyed our viewing your and I would def recommend her.

GoogleI've just completed on the sale of my home and I can honestly say the team at David Astbury have been truly amazing throughout the process. From the moment they came to view the house to value it, liaising on the viewings and throughout the sales process. They were professional, friendly and always responsive. There is literally not one negative I can think of. I would highly recommend anyone looking to sell their property to go with David Astbury's, asking for Dillen and George, they were both excellent, total stars, even when things got tricky with solicitors at the final stage stage of the sale. They were calm and helped everyone navigate to the finish line. Thanks to Dillen/ George and the DA team.

Astbury are a bunch of amateur cowboys with their disgraceful treatment of tenants. Great with sellers because they charge huge commission. I rented an unfurnished flat from them in 2016. Arrived with lorry full of belongings on moving day to find an absolute dump. Four broken wardrobes, a cheap plastic three piece suite, a rickety coffee table a filthy bedside table and a basement full of rubbish. I told Yianni, George and Aaron to ger rid of it. They never did. Yianni hilariously tried to tell me the plastic furniture was quality leather! They don't know what they're doing.
