Although there have been a few issues with the tenancy, Safa has managed them expertly and always in a timely manner.

Joe, our main point of contact, was always available to answer any questions, fast to set up viewings and sort out any admin. He was also very precise with his recommendations and helped us to secure a flat very fast.

Fantastic service from David Astbury's as always and in this time in particular Harriet, the office manager, is always professional and efficient in her dealings with me as a landlord. She understands the tenancy process from end to end and will also advise on cleaning and safety certificates where necessary. A great asset to the team.

GoogleI have had nothing but fantastic service with this agency, in particularly from Amin. He has been extremely kind and patient with me when I have been very picky with my property search and requirements. He takes time to communicate with me and to show me properties that he thinks would be of interest to me, and hasn’t given up! He is genuinely one of THE best estate agents I have come across and would recommend him, and this agency to everyone!
