GoogleI recently had the pleasure to speak with both Neah Banberry-Duhaney and Charlotte Petch while securing a rental property. They were friendly, approachable and knowledgeable at the viewings, which was a breath of fresh air as I had travelled from Manchester to see the flats! Both of them went above and beyond to answer any questions (even the silly mundane ones about water pressure and extractor fans) we had on the day and were quick and responsive over email and phone. Really impressed with the service here and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to move in the near future!

GoogleI have used David Astburys for the past 5 years to rent my home then to latterly sell it. I can honestly say I have never used a more professional, efficient, and effective agent. All the staff in both lettings (Kinal) and sales (Simone and George) were responsive and committed to providing true customer service. George who helped me sell my property was instrumental in getting the transaction completed going above and beyond what I could ever expect an agent to do, chasing the solicitor, Islington council and the managing agents literally on a daily basis. He even visited Islington council personally to try and resolve an escalation. Could not recommend highly enough. Thanks you!
