GoogleGreat experience buying my flat in Islington with Dillen and Carmen. Dillen was amazing and guided me right from the start through to exchange. He knew everything about the flat, the area and dealt with all my queries promptly and with ease. Carmen has been great with all her advice and correspondence being super quick and efficient. Buying a place can be pretty stressful so I truly appreciate them both being so friendly, helpful and making everything go smoothly. Thank you both!

GoogleI had an excellent experience with David Astbury's Letting Agency. Joe Johnson, the letting agent who helped me find the right property, was exceptional. He was prompt in responding to my inquiries and was always available to move the process forward. Joe was accommodating and patient, and went above and beyond to fulfill my requests. Leigh, the letting agent who showed me the flat, was also professional and efficient. In addition, Kinal, the manager, provided exceptional customer service by responding to my messages in record time and ensuring that everything was running smoothly. Overall, I highly recommend David Astbury's Letting Agency for their great service and professionalism.

From the moment Leigh and I connected, Leigh was the most helpful, respectful and kind agent I have ever dealt with. She went beyond to ensure she found the perfect home for us. Leigh was super easy to communicate with - Still being in Australia, Leigh helped us view properties via video tour and nothing was too hard! We are so grateful to Leigh! GoogleMy flatmates and I just secured a property and couldn't be happier with the service provided by David Astbury's! Our agent Joe reached out promptly after we showed interest in the property, guided us through the process (with helpful tips on navigating the tricky London market!), and was easily accessible for a quick question or phone call. As we are international students and thus could not be in London to view the property, Joe went out of his way to conduct a live virtual viewing. He and the team at the agency have been a delight to work with, and I would absolutely recommend one of the agents to anyone looking for a hassle-free experience!

GoogleWe were intending to go with the estate agent we had used previously to let our flat. After meeting Khan and his team at a community event in Islington we were so impressed with their manner and approach we asked them to let our flat. They made everything easy and let our flat in 36 hours - and at more than the advertised rate. We were so happy we have asked them to manage our tenants. Flawless service from start to finish. Highly recommended.

GoogleI had a lovely experience looking for my first flat with David Atsburys. As a first year student, I was a bit stressed about the process of finding a flat after hearing about the London rental market, but working with Amin Abdul made the process easy and smooth. Amin always had answer to my questions, he was really knowledgeable and available at anytime during the day. Overall, I had a great experience working with Amin, and I would definitely recommend him.

GoogleAs a student looking for a flat, the market has been all over the place with the same flats circulating on the same websites for weeks. When calling about a property which I wished to view after finding on Rightmove, Leigh picked up and and immediately started a conversation in which I actually felt like she was listening to me and what I needed. Complete with advice about the market, she explained that the flat I had called about had already agreed to an offer, but that just that morning one of her clients had called to say that they would not be renewing their lease. Their flat was not yet on the market, and she immediately sent me the info and videos. Once I confirmed my interest, she organized a viewing for that day, met myself and my flatmate there, and helped with the whole process to the point that we had made an offer and heard back from the owner before the sun went down. Leigh was professional and straightforward yet also warm and friendly, and responded to my messages right away, making the whole process so much easier. We couldn’t have done it without her!

GoogleI've rented many properties in London over the past few years and I've never found one that I loved and that I wanted to stay in, until I met Adam and I couldn't recommend him anymore. When it came to finding myself the right place, Adam took the time to listen to everything I wanted in a flat. He showed me round loads of different places to ensure he found me the right one I would be happy in and wanted to stay in! He was super patient with all my needs but also efficient to ensure I found the right place and got in it as soon as possible. If your looking for a new agent then Adam is one of the best agents out there and I couldn't recommend him anymore.

GoogleWhen moving back to London I was dreading finding a new place to call home, however, David Astburys completely changed my perception of house hunting. I had the pleasure of working with Joe who made the whole process a breeze for my partner and I. He sent me several listings and made sure they checked all the boxes that my partner and I were looking for. Leigh greeted us at the properties and made sure to answer all of our questions, and anything they couldn’t answer on site, relayed back to Joe who came back to me straight away. Working with Jack Sparrow, all my concerns were alleviated when we had our initial conversation. He gave me sound advice, set-up a showing very quickly and helped me secure my new flat, within less than 24 hours. The service he provided, his availability and his candour, were very much appreciated. I can only assume the entire team at David Astburys Estate Agents, are of the same quality. GoogleBuying a property with David Astburys was a very warm and friendly experience. Their new office in Islington is open plan and conducive to business. A huge thank to Dillen and his sales team. I was very impressed that all staff were introduced and by the end of the process knew my name even when contacting via telephone. Communication was quick and excellent via telephone initially then backed up by e-mail and I really felt as if they were trying their best to make sure it was the right property for my needs. Using their recommendations, the solicitor and mortgage broker were first class and were able to expedite the paperwork to ensure the quickest turn around. They too were extremely quick in responding and made the process very clear. You can trust this estate agent to deliver.

Charlotte was very helpful showing me around the property, and she catered very well to me and my pet's needs in looking for the best home for us. All queries were answered clearly and promptly, very responsible and I'm very glad to to rent through her service and confident I won't have too much to worry during my tenancy.

Marielle, who is my property manager is always on hand if myself or my tenant has a problem. Her kind and enthusiastic nature makes it easy to deal with any query and everything is dealt with super efficiently. Knowing I have Marielle there, takes a huge burden off my mind as I know the property is well taken care of and we are following all the legal guidelines.
