David Astburys has been absolutely brilliant with the sale of our flat. From valuation to completion, they have provided a wonderfully thorough service. Although we chose to sell at an awkward time in the market, they gave great advice to help us appeal to as many potential buyers as possible. And they clearly know the market as they ended up securing us multiple offers and enabling us to be able to accept an over-asked offer. When our buyers solicitor stalled the sale, they chivvied them and kept us fully informed. We would definitely recommend David Astburys if you're selling. Thank you, Shakir and team!!!

GoogleTeam David Astburys have been amazing. We needed to put our property up to let on the property market, Joe and Khan have honestly made our journey very seamless and stress free. They are very professional and efficient, within a few weeks they were able to help find us tenants and during the process Khan, Joe and Kinal was in constant communication keeping us updated on next steps. Selda is now managing our property and she has been soo helpful, professional and efficient with her communication. If you want to have a pleasurable experience, David Astburys is the ‘Go-To’ agents to go to. Thank you once again to your upbeat team for their positivity and professional work ethics!

GoogleHad a great experience doing work experience over at DA. Property management with Safa and Marielle taught me a lot and took on a lot of tasks. 315 upper street was my favourite going on viewings with Charlotte was my favourite and was great to shadow and learning how to highlight green lights. Over at 315 upper street I felt welcomed and had loads of chats with Monsef and Joe taking up experience and exploring the real estate world. The marketing department with Inci was great taking up tasks and outreaching with local businesses. It was great doing work experience with DA and I learnt a lot about the real estate world.

GoogleAs a managing agent, this was the first time I had personally worked with David Astburys. I have to say, I was very impressed with their speed, efficiency and communication. Working with Kinal Thakkar was perfect. No issues, no delay, regular updates, perfect service all round. I have another Client who will soon need a new letting agent and I know where I will be directing them too! Excellent service (and one of the fastest lettings I’ve witnessed for a very long time!)

GoogleGreat agents - we're so happy they opened a branch on Upper Street. We are landlords and the team at David Astbury's have been great in terms of communication, and managing the property even with tricky issues like tenants leaving early etc. Always available for a chat and to explain things. We have been with other agents before who weren't as good but we're very happy to be with Astbury's now. Particular thanks to Kinal Thakkar in the office who handles all the day to day work and communications with us with speed and efficiency and a friendly attitude. and to Khan Cohen who acts as a sounding board.

GoogleI have been in this industry for 15 years (Relocation Consultant) and David Astburys are my go to agent! I have to especially mention Joe there, as he is extremely professional and his passion for his job really shines through. I have found other agents in this busy market to be hard to contact after an offer is agreed (for various questions along the way), but Joe is always on hand and happy to help! They are everything I look for in an agent and I look forward to working with them in the future!
