Working with Gaelle Salloum who has been a real pleasure to work with. She is straightforward and honest and truly listens to go out of her way to understand what you need from your property search. She has offered great and very trustworthy advice, which is unique in my experience of the search process. I would highly recommend her to anyone that is looking for an honest opinion and assessment of properties - to me these are the key attributes you want to find in a property agent. She builds trust in an excellent and understated way. She really is genuine about understanding what you like and making sure that she is putting forward the right places tailored for you. She has been by far the best and most forthright person I have worked with through this process. She does not exert unnecessary pressure which would seem disingenuous, but sticks to the facts when there are reasons to move more quickly. She quickly got to know well what I’m looking for and really stood above and beyond any of the other agents I’ve dealt with. The trustworthiness and genuine interest is a breath of fresh air compared to most in this industry!

We found our apartment thanks to Pierre. He found us something that fitted all of our requirements and really listened to all of our needs. In addition, Pierre was quickly responsive to us, and knew how to reassure us with all of our questions. The deal was quickly done which was a relief for all of us the tenants.

It’s hard to find a good agent these days who takes care of both potential tenants and current ones. Jack Sparrow has been very accommodating and understanding with a couple of unfortunate situations we found ourselves against. He’s been professional, detailed oriented and very accommodating every time we had to work with him to accommodate viewings.
