GoogleAll the team at Daniel Cobb in Bermondsey were excellent during our sale, with particular thanks to Mark Andrews. We felt throughout that we were in safe hands and I was particularly grateful for the very regular, proactive communication and honest feedback on options that were available us. I tried letting my flat through Daniel Cobb Kennington for over two months. Visiting their office they were very polite and seemed helpful. At first, the lettings agent, Henry Okereafor, appeared professional and suggested a monthly rent way above other agents I had consulted, and I had high hopes in the company. His recommendation proved completely over-valued and led to him suggesting I cut the rent they wre advertising not once, but twice, until it was way below the average I had previously received from other agents. In my experience, Daniel Cobb's marketing was utterly inept. After switching agents to another nearby company, within a week I had rival offers from two sets of tenants 12% above the third Daniel Cobb-recommended lower rent. The flat was rented immediately. Daniel Cobb property management was equally woeful. I had a damp patch and asked them to send a contractor to evaluate. The evaluation from their preferred contractor looked shaky to me, so I asked for a second professional damp company inspection that was much more thorough and contradicted completely the first contractor Daniel Cobb sent. The money spent on their first contractor might as well have gone straight down the drain. I do not recommend Daniel Cobb as a lettings agent unless you want to waste your time on poor marketing, bad management and lose money in the process.

GoogleWe asked for basic fire safety information (on a flat we had already paid a reservation fee for) and were refused it with no explanation, and the landlord then rejected our offer (although he had already accepted it previously) because apparently not signing the offer letter after two days was 'unacceptable.' The flat in question had numerous fire safety issues, as flagged by the London Fire Brigade in a publicly accessible report. Shocking consideration for human safety, would not recommend.

GoogleMark Andrews, supported by Robert Hogg, provided excellent, professional service throughout our relatively high value sales transaction. I can honestly say I have never worked with an estate agent before who had such a good understanding of the local market and who was able to match appropriate potential purchasers so well. Whilst always operating in a highly ethical fashion, Mark understood the need to act as a willing go-between, managing the different parties. He was also extremely proactive at identifying and addressing potential obstacles and points of conflict on the path to exchange and completion. I would thoroughly recommend working with team at Daniel Cobb London Bridge if you want to deal with honest, good-natured and highly professional people.

GoogleVery disappointing service overall. Poor communication and continuously having to chase for answers. They failed to carry out thorough checks on the financial status of a prospective buyer, resulting in significant time wasted and money lost. Regular inspections were also not undertaken on the tenanted property.

We did have some small issues with the flat after moving in but Catherine who manages the property has been super responsive and overall lovely. Great company, would definitely recommend!
