Would highly recommend to everyone searching for a Flat! In my case, along with my partner, we were foreign about-to-be students, looking for a flat in London. We had little idea about the entire process, from finding a flat to moving in. Stefan and his team were able to smoothly take us through all the procedures. The communication was always amazing, there wasn't a time when I hadn't received a repsonse to my message in longer than 5 minutes. Furthermore, CHBL were really understanding of our situation, as they have patiently waited for us to receive our UK visas, without us or them exactlh knowing, when would that happen. Had a real pleasure working with CHBL, great agency!

Absolutely amazing! We were in a very tricky situation where we had to find a new place urgently and Stefan and his team were just amazing. They really went the extra mile (like getting references etc finished within two days) and having the flat ready. Now, we are constantly able to reach out to our property manager on WhatsApp, which is super convenient and they are replying within 30 mins max. We’ve had some very bad experiences with agencies in London and this one I would honestly recommend, as they are trustworthy and reliable (unfortunately not all estate agents out there are like this). I rarely write reviews on the internet but when you have such an amazing experience like I did, I feel that I need to share this with others who are struggling with their real estate agents. I was trying to sell my apartment for many months last years, tried two different agents and not even one single viewing from either of them. We have been really impressed with Crown Home Letting. We've been working with Louise and Andrei as our property manager and she's been very attentive and very quick to sort any maintenance requests or requests to the landlord. Avoid this company! I understand that operating in London's demand-driven real estate market allows agencies to play games with potential tenants, but I was shocked by the seemingly institutionalised deception CHBL displayed in the process of finding a flat nevertheless: we were essentially being told that a flat was available (we indeed viewed a flat which was supposedly to be vacated within weeks), when in reality, we were only used to drive up the price for the current tenant. Needless to say that our agent, S, was overly responsive until the moment he successfully drove up rent for the current tenant. Using serious clients as a strawman is poor business practice. I would advise anyone to avoid this company in the strongest terms possible.NegativeProfessionalism
