I've lived in London 8 years, and this is the first time I've been happy with a letting agent, and the property in general. These guys are smart, professional, very friendly and courteous and will go out of their way to help you. Can't recommend highly enough. My letting Agent was Amirah. She is always reachable, cared to understand what I needed and helped in every step of the process. Adam ran the docs process and was super approachable and professional. Special thanks to Yuxin who went out of her way to help me set up my heating after her working hours. Finally an amazing agency in London!

We reported a serious plumbing issue repeatedly over a period of 9 months, and no effective action was taken. When it escalated into an emergency over 2 weeks ago, we were forced to arrange and pay for urgent repairs ourselves to make the property habitable. Despite clear responsibility and full documentation, they have still not reimbursed the cost. They claim they are trying to resolve it or say the landlord does not respond, and nothing changes for weeks. Communication is extremely poor, emails are frequently ignored, and when responses do come, they can take weeks. We timely pay rent, look over the property, allow every building check ups as requested, and obey all the rules. But we cannot get any help from the agency. We now have to escalate the matter to the Property Redress Scheme and independently look for the landlord details, as the agency has stopped replying and been entirely unhelpful throughout.

Negative experience with Adam First contact at the start of September. Initially was going well, went to view, submitted my offer and awaited an answer from the landlord They initially stated the feedback towards my offer was positive, asking for more documents which I swiftly provided. They then proceeded to inform me that the landlord could not accept my offer however could not provide any reason Since then I have been constantly messaging and emailing to get an update. They stated they themselves cannot reach the landlord, however they were pushing the same property onto their social media pages, indicating to me that this was false Till now they have not given me any reply (nearly 1 month of chasing) Overall I would not recommended this company, they are a nasty bunch - unreliable, dishonest and unresponsive, with no respect for potential tenants - if they're like this now, I cant imagine how they would be during a tenancy

Would highly recommend to everyone searching for a Flat! In my case, along with my partner, we were foreign about-to-be students, looking for a flat in London. We had little idea about the entire process, from finding a flat to moving in. Stefan and his team were able to smoothly take us through all the procedures. The communication was always amazing, there wasn't a time when I hadn't received a repsonse to my message in longer than 5 minutes. They really went the extra mile (like getting references etc finished within two days) and having the flat ready. I rarely write reviews on the internet but when you have such an amazing experience like I did, I feel that I need to share this with others who are struggling with their real estate agents. I was trying to sell my apartment for many months last years, tried two different agents and not even one single viewing from either of them.
