Polite and helpful service

My experience with Cottage Fields was really great. They got me a great price on my new home and I'm really excited to retire in Enfield. I also felt really comfortable with the way that they helped break down all the legal side of things to me so that everything felt like it was being done properly and I was going in with my eyes open and my pockets protected,. Thanks so much to Ilshad in particular for your enthusiasm and patience with getting me what I wanted.

My experince with cottage fields was brilliant. A lady called Hatice was dealing with us on the day of me and my sisters visit. She was very professional and great at her job. She provided us with a lot of useful information, showed us around the house and was very helpful. Her speaking style was very high standard, especially her turkish was amazing. Since she is like this, I believe the rest of the team is too. I definitely do recommend cottage fields to everyone.

Dilshad was particularly useful. he accompanied us at a viewing this week, he had more knowledge about properties in general than most agents I have had to deal with in a long time. Although there were a few questions we had he could not answer, he made his best efforts to ensure we got the answers before we even left the property by calling the seller at the time which was really appreciated. He also handed over promptly to his colleague who got back to me regarding further questions we had. Thank you Dilshad!

We couldn’t have asked for a better agency. Cottage fields have literally alleviated all of our stresses in trying to secure a new tenancy. They have been so helpful and professional from the beginning until the end, Tuliana is a star and has dealt with any enquiries we’ve had promptly. Cottage Fields were prompt in arranging a viewing for the property I was interested in which I found impressive. The estate agents both Arif and Tuliana were helpful, informative and enthusiastic about helping me secure the property. The process was online completing information to secure a tenancy. The staff did their best to ensure I secured the new home and best of all they were happy to answer questions. Cottage Fields office is lovely it has a professional atmosphere which helps the tenant to feel secure that they are in the right place at the right time. That's how I felt. Honestly the best estate agency I've personally come across and done business with. They have helped me to secure a home for my family without hassle.
