GoogleThe level of service I have had from Complete over the years has been extremely good, most recently with Alina Stancila, who has been brilliant in handling some unforeseen dramas, like a major water leak in the apartment and the ensuing clean-up.

Unresponsive, and only interested in cursory compliance with legislation rather than actually fixing problems. This leaves landlords wide open to legal action from tenants and is in neither parties best interests!
