TrustpilotRefuse to return service charge credit balance
their property management department have just taken over management of out block of flats. A credit balance of over £1,000 owed on service charge balance. They refuse to return that balance. They are claiming that they want to hold the funds to balance against until future service charges (for which there are no invoices received to date).

GoogleI can say few things about this company but any words cannot describe how easy is everything when you dont need to think about every little detail. So you can focus on different things. The most helpfull person is Ms. Sabina. Shes always picking up phone and can easly solve any problem.

GoogleVery poor service/highly unprofessional. Booked for a viewing and they let the property in the meantime without letting me know! Found out from rightmove where the listing was updated as ‘let agreed’. Very unprofessional, at least have the decency to let people know and not waste their time.
