We recently moved into a flat managed by Colin Bibra and have had an outstanding experience. The agency is professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful. Our manager, Shweta Dsouza, goes above and beyond, and Csaba and Inayah were fantastic in assisting with the contract and ensuring everything was sorted before we moved in. I especially appreciate their honesty and attention to detail. Shortly after our first few conversations, when I had nearly paid the deposit, they called to point out some windows weren’t properly shut, something I hadn’t noticed during my viewing, and suggested practical, solution-focused ways to address it. It is very reassuring to work with a team that communicates clearly, anticipates issues, and handles everything efficiently.

Efficient and professional throughout the process of finding a new property. Some of the early paperwork could have been streamlined to make it all electronic/online - quite a bit of information had to be duplicated by hand - but that was all. The team members were polite, friendly and helpful and all procedures were completed correctly. Everything was clear and they are generally very easy to communicate with.

A big thank you to Gabriela, our Property Manager at Colin Briba, for her swift action in sending a locksmith within 20 minutes to resolve a malfunctioning door lock and replacing a new lock. My wife was stuck, but the issue was sorted out smoothly and efficiently. Truly exceptional service, we’re grateful for the prompt and professional response. Highly recommended!

Colin Bibra very badly manages our block

Colin Bibra manages our block. They are terrible. We’ve had four different managers in a year. They don’t do anything unless you constantly hound them. They failed to renew insurance in a timely manner and can’t organise maintenance work. Simple things like changing power company ends up in us being double charged. Use any other agent - Colin Bibra is terrible, from the top down.

Block management service is terrible

We used Colin Bibra for many years for block management. Initially we were very happy with their service, but in recent years their service has been terrible, with a high staff turnover, service charges sent out late and rude and aggressive communication from senior staff. Sadly I'm unsurprised by the reviews on this site. If you need a block manager, I would strongly recommend you look elsewhere.

No customer service and very unprofessional. I called to report a maintenance issue at my block managed by Colin Bibra. The lady who answered the phone named Mia did not want to help and hung up mid conversation. Called back to complain and they emailed me their complaints procedure. Emailed the complaint as per their procedure and never received a response despite emailing 3 times. Would not recommend at all. Avoid if it all possible.
