Was a tenant in a property managed by Cityrez for three years. Overall very positive experience, found them friendly and helpful. Always quick to act, providing you call them (email could be a bit slow). Been the most reasonable and fair estate agent we've rented with. Thanks!

TrustpilotGreat boutique estate agent
We've been letting through CityRez for about half a year now and everything is great. They deal with everything smoothly and seamlessly, there's a dedicated maintenance agent always on call. Most importantly you're not treated like a number, which is all too common with big agencies. Would highly recommend CityRez to all my friends.

TrustpilotLoving the apartment
Moved in recently in August into our two bedroom apartment. Enjoying the on-site facilities. The agency was very helpful, made the complete transaction easy and smooth. So glad the agency is on site, makes it easier to communicate with them if and when we have issues. WK

TrustpilotFair and Clear Letting Agents
I've let my 3 bedroom house twice via CityRez and they've always been responsive and fair. Other agents charge hidden fees and tie you up with small print, but my experience has been straightforward and clear. The agents know the area, and I'd trust them with further business.

GoogleThey are not accurate when they speak about money and deposit and they make some pressure to get their standard not really honest

GoogleWe have been in our flat for 3 years and had nothing but positive experiences with City Rez. We have had some awful letting agents/landlords in the past. Especially in London. Thankfully City Rez are an exception to them
