I recently dealt with them regarding a property in the Colorado development and I can honestly say the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Communication was always swift, clear and transparent and every interaction felt professional yet genuinely friendly. Mark was particularly helpful and he kept me updated at every stage, explained all options openly and went out of his way to find suitable alternatives when circumstances changed. When it became clear that the original flat might not be available, the agency handled everything with complete honesty and refunded my holding deposit immediately in less than 12h something that really reflects their integrity and efficiency. It’s rare to come across an agency that combines professionalism with such a personal, approachable attitude. I’ll definitely be back in touch with them and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, transparent and friendly lettings team.

The guys at City Rez have been absolutely brilliant from very beginning - looking for a property to moving out! As a tenant and a landlord i know it is very rare to be able to say that about an agency! Any repairs or issues i had were sorted quickly and without any problems. Efficient management

Tony and his team have been dealing with the rental of my two properties in Deals Gateway for twelve years. During that time they have found new tenants quickly and managed the properties very efficiently. Communication is good and any issue is dealt with promptly. Replacement items are costed and sent to me for approval. Prices seem reasonable. My only negative comment would be that the monthly rental can sometimes take time to appear in my back account.

CityRez are useless, avoid like the plague. I have been using them to let my flat for a while now. I have to remind them every single month to pay me the rent. It got better for a while after I filed a formal complaint with the regulatory body, but is now back to usual.

We were renting with City Rez for the Past 6 and a half years, from the initial enquiry, property visit and communication across this step of the process Tony our estate agent was absolutely brilliant. Communication across our tenancy was regular, professional and consistent with the whole team. They were always responsive to repair requests when they arose, and handled these in a timely manner. Routine property inspections were scheduled twice a year with advance notice and the agents were always mindful if anyone was working from home. Across our tenancy, we could not have wished for a better more professional experience with these agents.

Great Service from Mark Hanson and the Team at CityRez

I contacted CityRez before arriving back in London to secure a rental. The same day I arrived I popped in at CityRez offices without an appointment and met Mark Hanson who arranged an apartment viewing for me within an hour or two. After viewing a few other apartments as well I contacted Mark and put in an offer to secure the CityRez apartment he had taken me to. The process was quick and easy and well taken care of by Mark. Within a few days Mark had the apartment ready for me to move in. I can definitely recommend Mark. With CityRez having offices on-site at the development I often bump into Mark taking people for viewings at all times of the day and evenings. I will often pass the offices and Mark will be working late on a Saturday evening taking care of business. Thanks Mark for the professional service. Had a great experience when it came to renting a flat with CityRez. I called on a Monday to enquire, and by Saturday I had the keys to flat. Mark, specifically, was the one taking care of me. Response time was quick and I was unsure where the negative feedback on here was coming from. But my experience was completely different when it came to leaving the flat. The letting agent that was assigned to me (not Mark to be clear) was very unresponsive. It took two to three emails on average from my end to get any sort of response from her. Her emails were formatted very unprofessionally and gave off a sort of attitude. Furthermore, when it came to obtaining a landlord reference for my next flat I was given no response even after several calls and emails. I eventually had to contact the manager of the office, Tony, in order to get any sort of reply. Upon exiting the flat I was also "recommended" to use the in-house professional cleaning services for an additional fee of £160 or face penalties regarding the deposit. I used their cleaner, who showed up an hour late and because of COVID I was required to vacate the premises (understandable) but was not given any sort of estimate as to how long it would take. All-in-all I would avoid using this letting agency if you can. Your time is not valued and once they have you in a flat you can expect a sharp decline in customer service.
