We have been greeted by Akim Courail Jones, a very helpful and polite fellow who took care of all our questions and provided the needed internet password that was different then the one we were notified about. The host was smiling, kind and professional, also waited for us when we were a bit late. A really good central accomodation having modern appliances and everything we needed. Would come again for the right price. 👍

TrustpilotOverflowing toilet NO MANAGEMENT HELP
The post below was made unfortunately before our last night at the apt. During which we had an emergent problem with the plumbing. The company’s lax attitude and refusal to send appropriate maintenance was horrid! They repeatedly asked for “photos and videos” of the problem. Never sent anyone which led to a massive overflowing toilet throughout the night -horrible smell-multiple attempts to pan out water to prevent entire apt from being grossly flooded. Worst night I have ever spent ! The apt was very clean and easily accessible to buses.

City relay provide a really important bridge between the guest and the property owner. Especially when issues arise, such as locking myself out of the Airbnb before i had removed all my luggage. City relay were immediately available via the most excellent what's app system they use with a quick and easy solution.

We own a flat in London, that the family recently stopped living in. We wanted a full service rental agency, and after some search selected City Relay. They have been excellent in managing rentals, always prompt in dealing with renters and any queries I have. Oona and Bea have been great, always responsive and pleasant

We loved everything about this flat ! It had everything we needed and even more. The view is breath taking, everything is clean and every furniture seems to have been selected with care. The flat is easy to find, and it has been very easy to communicate with the persons in charge.

GoogleCity Relay went above & beyond my expectations. They are very prompt in communication & made their best efforts to make my stay an extremely pleasant one. Their agent Akim arrived at 12 Noon at the property. He helped us show the property around, and allowed us to drop the luggage (even though the check-in time was 3pm). He was extremely friendly & professional. Special Kudos to Akim!

GoogleWe just left the apartment few hours ago and this is one of the best I ever stayed in. We were five people, apartment is big and comfortable. It was really clean and had all we needed in our stay. As well, Akim helped us with all our questions and was so kind with any of our request. Definitely, we will try to repeat our stay with Akim and city relay if we go back to London

Perfect location - close to everything. We had a slight issue with a backed up sink and they sent someone over right away. We never figured out how to use the dryer option on the washer/dryer combo unit, but overall we had an exceptional time and loved our stay.

Property was ideal in a great location. The self check in and access was managed perfectly. We received lots of information to use during he stay and had access to a dashboard to manage the stay, thanks to Akim for providing his services during the stay
