No holds barred, an impressive host.

Upon my arrival from Hong Kong into London, I was assured of the quality our stay at the Hazlitt Hideaway would be based on the reception we were given by our driver. He was a gentleman who expertly knew London.I was under the impression, from then on, that everything would be appropriately catered for us if needed.I had an issue with something not working and the next day an engineer came out to fix it. Unfortunately it couldn't be fixed as these things do happen, but the point was it was seen to immediately by the staff, which gave extra reassurance to our stay.I had per-arranged some luggage to be sent to a hotel in central London, on our behalf by the staff, unfortunately this wasn't feasible, but the staff offered for our luggage to be stored in their offices and had refunded the fee for the original transportation costs immediately.This may appear as a small let down to some but the fact that there were solutions to our problems remains a triumph in my eyes. I have been on holiday and in some instances there are no solutions offered, and I felt the honesty in letting us know, and addressing the situation was one to be commended.I would certainly not hesitate in recommending City Relay as either a host for your stay in one of their truly lovely properties, nor as a property management team managing your property. Their awareness of the customer's needs is very impressive.No holds barred, an impressive host.

Great professionals

The original place that I was to get had a door issue and Akim helped me get a place just as nice with all the amenities I originally wanted. He was also attentive and answered my questions quickly. I've done business with this company in the past and I would definitely do it again. Also they would randomly ask me how I was my stay. This company and Akim are very professional. My stay was awesome!!!

The experience we had with City Relay was excellent. From the moment we booked our accommodation, we were put at ease with their professionalism. They assisted in arranging for a car pick-up at the airport and also for the trip back. Other minor issues which we had were also quickly attended to. They were easily contactable and would reply to any queries almost immediately. They helped make our stay in London enjoyable and memorable! We highly recommend using City Relay.

Home away from home

Don't let the distance keep you from booking! Baron's court station is just a few minutes walk and is connected to district and picadilly lines. Earl's court station is just another atop away and is even more connected. :) doesn't feel far at all. :)The clean and cozy flats are decked out with modern furniture and is as complete as can be. :) we easily saved on meals because the kitchen is fully equipped. :)Check in and and check out is very easy and any concerns are just a text away.The mangement is always very helpful. :)

Outstanding property management

I recently stayed at a property managed by City Relay and I would highly recommend them to anyone. They are professional, courteous, and very helpful. The property itself was beautifully kept and exactly what we wanted. It was spacious, thoughtfully fitted out and very clean. We did have a couple of blips, nobody’s fault, stuff happens, but the team from City Relay really stepped up and sorted things out for us as quickly and in the nicest way possible. We met a number of members of the team and everybody was outstanding. It was also good to see the way that they pair new members of the team with more experienced members of staff so you can see good practice being passed on. I shall certainly be using them in the future. Thank you.

I was very impressed with the customer experience at City Relay. I appreciated the effort CR's team to ensuring my happiness with all aspects of my stay from the friendliness of the staff, to the open communication to address issues. The property that I let was very well outfitted with almost everything that a traveling professional would need. Attention to detail and thoughtful perqs (e.g. extra towels and bedding, paper towel, wine bottle opener, tin can opener) are very much appreciated. Please keep up the good work. What a wonderful stay in the heart of Notting Hill! Akim & the whole City Relay team was very helpful; so quick to respond to our WhatsApp messages & the apartment was exactly as described. Flat in Mirabel rd, Fulham, London.

We stayed for 9 days in a comfortable flat in Fulham, London. The flat was clean and perfectly adequate for 4 people (though it fits 6). The sitting room/kitchen was spacious and equipped with all the kitchen commodities listed in the ad (washing machine, dishwasher, microwave oven, toaster, etc.). The furniture is essential, but we didn't actually feel the need for anything more. The only problem we had was with the wi-fi connection, which was not stable. Though, the staff was really helpful and available to assist with all our requests.

Great place, beautiful apartment. Two-level apartment with two bedrooms (bunk beds) and two bathrooms. Very clean, equipment consistent with the description and photos. Very comfortable large king size bed and also large bunk beds. Perfect for a family of 4. Perfect location, two metro stations, shops, restaurants, pubs, cafes, everything at hand. We hired an appartement at Homeaway and City Relay handles all the arangements.They arranged the taxi's for us, very cheap. At the moment we could pick up our keys, everything went well. Nice people at the desk.All our questions were quickly answered in the mail.You could choose to fill the fridge, which we did. And that was quite disappoiting. It wasn't as much as we expected for £65.So, it's beter to buy your own food in the Supermarket.But City Relay is a fine campany and i can recommend them.We had a nice holyday in London.
