Disappointing experience and due to no hot water for 2 days and lift not working, I made the decision to check out early. I asked for a refund for leaving a day early but nothing has been forthcoming!UPDATE... The property has now refunded 2 days. I have therefore increased my rating slightly

The management company was great. Wry responsive, and tried to replace things quickly. The reason I’m giving this property a 3 is due to lack of space, and sleeping arrangement being uncomfortable.My friend and I are 6’3 and 6’9 respectively. He took the main room, I slept on the pull out. The room with the pullout is extremely tight, and the mattress on the pullout is wafer thin so you can feel all the part of the sofa through your entire body, not to mention being extremely hot and stuffy in the room. I have not slept great once at night, and have continuous aches and pains.The property is in a great location if you don’t mind a lot of noise being right on the high road. It’s artsy, has a nice flare and I think well suited for a quick stay for folks in their 20’s. The hallway to the apartment is disgusting however. Carpet and walls are dirty, and mail everywhere (this was not factored into my rating, but should be called out).Overall,the best part of this accommodation was the responsiveness of the staff, and location is central, outside of that, I’m disappointed that I have not slept well the entire trip.

The only thing I would recommend is that you let guests know regarding the amount of stairs leading up to the AirBnB.
