TrustpilotHelpful staff, would recommend
After three years with Storage King, there were no issues. When Cinch took over, it took a few staff changes for our dispute to be sorted, however the current staff are very helpful, and everything is now sorted. Clean units, easily accessible, just a shame it's not 24 hrs! Would recommend
Hi Sam,Thank you for your feedback regarding your experience with us. I'm glad we were able to resolve your dispute. If you need any further assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out to a member of the team. Sincerely, - The Cinch Self Storage Team

TrustpilotExcellent storage facility
Excellent storage facility. I believe it was Jason who helped me book the storage which we needed last minute on our moving day, and frankly he took all the stress out of it so we are able to focus on our move. They even let us borrow a sack barrow when our van rental place let us down. Couldn't recommend them highly enough. Thanks Cinch!
Thanks for the 5* review Paris. We always strive to be as flexible as possible. I'm glad we could help.

TrustpilotThank you to the girls in Letchworth!!
I visited the Letchworth branch a little unsure of what I needed in terms of unit size and duration. I was immediately made to feel welcome by the two girls in reception, who were very friendly and didn’t make me like my questions were silly (although there definitely were some!).They helped me find what I needed, and I’d be more than happy to recommend Cinch to others

Very polite and well organised site. And even had a van that we could borrow for a small fee of £28. Which helped out a lot. And even got money back as we moved out of lock up early. Would recommend and use again.
