Clean, safe and well run by caring on-site staff. My mother was made to feel welcome from day one at Bechers Court both by the residents and especially by the court manager Suzanne. No issue is too small for her attention. She gets to know the residents, keeps a keen eye on any maintenance issues and encourages healthy social events and interactions. She has helped make the transition to living in a self contained complex very easy.

As a buyer, I found Churchill's helpful and professional to deal with. There were a few issues with surveys, negotiations, etc, along the way (no issues with Churchill's themselves), but over the course of 6 months Andy and Sally were always available and kept us informed, and we got there in the end! Of course as a buyer, you don't choose the agent, but if it happens to be Churchill's, you're in luck!
