We had a great experience with working with Andy, offering very deep knowledge of the localised market and found his personal/human touch to present our home in the best possible light to the right prospects, which really exceeded our high expectations. GoogleRude manager , refusing to sell my property because I was unable to answer 1 question. This particular office dosent have clients best intrest at heart they pick and choose bussiness and buyers for your property very dangerous and unfair moving forwards I Would recommend everyone to go to hearts, theydons, stow brothers way more professional respectful and accommodating STAY AWAY - CHURCHILL ESTATES treating customers like garbage

GoogleJack, Sally and Andy were excellent throughout the sale of our house. Living in Bristol it was difficult for us to sell from a distance but Jack went above and beyond to help. Once we secured buyers the sale took longer than we had hoped but Jack in particular was very proactive in chasing up solicitors and other estate agents in the chain and was also quick to offer possible options. We are grateful for all the support we received. Thanks!

GoogleI have recently moved into my new home after selling and buying through Churchill's. I can not recommend them enough, my house sold on the first viewing, the photos were lovely and def showed off the house well. Both my purchase and sale were not straightforward but Sally and Andy were very helpful, always on the end of the phone and happy to answer any queries I had. Sally went above and beyond, not only chasing up my buyers but even their buyers solicitors which made a huge difference. I'm sure I drove her a little mad as it had been many years since I last moved but she was understanding and patient. Decent estate agents make a huge difference to how smoothly and stressful a move can be and these guys certainly helped keep me sane.

GoogleI recently booked an amazing flat via Churchill Estates and the entire experience was GREAT, from start to finish. Andy Binnington was super helpful and provided me with honest advise during the whole purchase process. He helped me out with all the paperwork, so the entire process was completed smoothly. I really appreciate the fact that everything was explained to me in a very transparent way. Andy was always approachable via on phone even outside his working hours. All in all a great service. Living in Homebridge Lodge, managed by Churchill Estates I find the service and their understanding of elderly people first class. In particular the trustworthy warden is always on hand to deal with any problems we might have. Furthermore she assists us and takes part in events or functions we might organise. It is so comforting to have someone to call upon when required.

I stayed for 7 days at the Riverain Lodge in Taunton, in the guest suite. It was an excellent experience - a comfortable en suite room and well appointed. Also very convenient for visiting a friend who lives at the Riverain. The staff were friendly and professional - a special thanks to Helena.
