TrustpilotAgent didn’t turn up to viewing.
Had a viewing booked for an apartment and travelled nearly two hours to view it. Turned up and no agent was there, and I didn’t even get a call to say if it had been cancelled/if the flat had been taken. Tried calling them several times but nobody answered. Massive waste of time.

TrustpilotPoor communications, high fees
Very large teams with poor communication between property managers, accounts, tenancy agreements etc as various tasks of lettings are subdivided and given to different members of staff and teams to process. In general I have found that no one takes responsibility, and getting to the right person to sort simple things out for lettings becomes very tedious.

GoogleI had an excellent experience with Chesterton and more specifically with Innes, one of the senior rentals negotiatiors. He understood exactly what we were looking for from the first viewing and went out of his way to try and find us the ideal rental property. Made the other agents I dealt with look very average. Would definitely recommend!

TrustpilotQuite good home buying experience
We had a quite good experience with Chestertons who found us the home we ended up buying in London. While not perfect -- they could have been more informative here and there, and you have to look through the usual "real estate optimism" -- they were still responsive, helpful, and most importantly HONEST. Would happily use again.
