First rate agency, dealt specifically with Charlie in SW Lettings. Top bloke, excellent communication and made everything easy. Been renting for 15 years now and easily the best agent I have dealt with. Will be looking to Charlie again if moving in the future. Would highly advise you to get in touch if you're looking to rent in London.

GoogleI bought a property through Chesterton's, Guy the estate agent was fantastic and really helped push the deal along. I've subsequently let the property with Chesterton's too. Again, Nikki this time has been amazing. Above all I've found Chesterton's professionalism and communication a step above other agents.

Very unprofessional behaviour from the London agents. When I renewed the tenancy in December, I was advised by Olivia that I would receive deposit refund I was entitled to by law. Two months in, I still haven't received anything. Sharntell responded to my chaser by essentially saying: "Your landlord has the money, go get it yourself".

Charged me a renewal commission of over £2000 and did absolutely nothing for me. I had to negotiate the terms with my tenants myself. I will never use this agency ever again for any of my properties.Thank you for your response. I have now raised a formal complaint with the office concerned.

Sean Fitzpatrick was most helpful. He cannot be faulted. Chestertons' verification processes were less than straightforward, to the point of being arcane and irritating. The accounts department had to be chased to refund my holding deposit, a process which took several weeks.
