Our first call was very unpleasant with this agency. We were asked a long list of uncomfortable private questions just for a first viewing request. We were threatened that we won’t be able to do any viewing if we don’t answer all the questions, including those are completely not revenant for the purpose. Landlords, property owners, run away from this agency as they are not helping you!

GoogleI had a really good experience buying my flat through Chestertons. Guy was really communicative and got back to me straight away with any worries I had, which were quite a few as I was buying in a chain. Awful company - took my deposit to reserve a flat and wouldn’t return it. Don’t trust them at all. In the process of claiming through courts.

TrustpilotLetting managers lied and wasted time
Letting managers lied to both my tenant and me about details of the contract and dates. When I complained they said that it was ok as they had not wasted my money, only my time. I've tried to contact their head office 5 times to speak about this but nobody replied to calls, emails or the online chat.
