GoogleI had a chance to work with Alice Karn and it was exceptional! She was incredibly knowledgeable and very friendly. Once she knew what I was looking for she immediately crossed other options off our list, as they didn't meet my requirements. Basically, she didn't waste my time. And she made every effort to get me what I wanted, including checking to see how well the internet would work in my location by doing a little investigative work online. I can't recommend her highly enough!

GoogleUnfortunately I haven't had a great experience with Chestertons, I been to visit a property to let in sw11 which was on the market for 2.2k pcm (more or less) after 6 working days we haven't had any responses in relation of our offer ( 1.9k pcm ) 3 years with 1 year breaking close. Spoken with the team and they said that they wasn't able to get through the landlord. Is a huge shame because now the property seems under offer. I personally don't know what is going on. If the problem was the offer then we were happy to receive the rejection letter and maybe consider to increase our offer!

GoogleChestertons, and more specifically Grace, Chris and their team in the Wandsworth branch, have been absolutely superb in handling the sale of my flat. They have gone above and beyond to ensure that the sale has gone smoothly, always responding very promptly to queries from both myself and the buyers, and being very proactive at every step. Unlike other estate agents, they have acted with integrity at all times ensuring that the process has been as stress free as possible. We have just exchanged today, and I can confidently say that had I gone with another estate agents, I would not be in the excellent position I now am. If you’re considering selling your property, I would whole heatedly recommend Chestertons! A huge thank you to the team at Wandsworth for being an outstanding agent!

GoogleAfter some level of trial and error, I have found that Shanade and Chestertons are probably Battersea's best estate agent. I tried to sell my flat on Battersea Rise in March 2015 through several other agents. Giving up, I tried again in December with Shanade, and was immediately struck by her attention to detail, her pricing rationale, and her seemingly endless availability. Ably assisted by her team including Matthew Chard, Shanade got my sale concluded within a month of listing, at a price exceeding my original asking. I would thoroughly and unhesitatingly recommend Chestertons to any prospective buyer or seller.

GoogleI have been very satisfied with the service that Chestertons have provided in selling our flat. From start to finish, they have been a pleasure to deal with, not something I could say about all agents used in the past. Shanade Mcclellend who manages the office is savvy and was able to provide invaluable advice on more technical aspects around planning permission. Similarly, Maxwell Rhodes provided a 1st class service from viewings to negotiations. Would highly recommend to those people selling in SW11.

They have done an excellent job - they have been helpful, always available by phone and we felt that they really wanted to ensure we had a smooth, painless and stress-free selling experience - which it was. I would highly recommend the Chestertons team (Battersea Rise branch) to anyone who is looking to sell (or buy) a property. In particular, Shanade, Max & Nick have been awesome, and we felt they went above and beyond the call of duty to get our house sold.

GoogleRecently had a terrific experience with the Chestertons branch in Battersea. All the staff have been excellent. In particular a special shout out must go to Alice who not only achieved a rental rate for my flat that was more than I had hoped for, but, had one of those hard to find attitudes to find where nothing was too much trouble and she was always on hand to offer advice and support.
