Justin got in touch with us regarding our rent renewal and the changes happening as a result of the new Renters Right Act. His explanation was clear and helpful, and despite needing a reply from us confirming that we were happy to remain, he was very patient when I inevitably forgot to reply for nearly 2 weeks.

Ms Petra Somerville sent me the acknowledgement of my complaint on behalf of Chase Evans Customer Services on 23 August 2026. She promised that I would receive a written response within 15 working days. However, I haven't received any replies from her yet. I sent emails to ask for the process but no replies so far. How can people trust Chase Evans anymore? No stars should be given to this company.

GoogleNahida helped me negotiate a lower price with the landlord, helped fix a maintenance issue in the flat, and also went out of her way to leave keys in the building when I was moving in late at night.

I’m a landlord residing outside of the UK and Chase Evans have been proactive in managing my property in London for a few years now.Peter Burgon and Antonino Ranno, has done exceptional jobs with managing renewals and contracts, always listening to my instructions and also providing good excellent market judgment and advice. Also Kimberly Fernandes at Chase Evans recently resolved a simple maintenance solution with my tenant, rather than instantly booking a contractor as a protocol. I’m pleased Kimberly was proactive. GoogleMarlee originally showed us the flat that we have bought. We fell in love with it instantly. From the outset Marlee herself - and then Tony too - were helpful at every single stage of the process of buying. There were complexities - like that the seller was in another country. Marlee and Tony smoothed out the difficulties for us, even though, technically, they were acting for the seller. We felt assured that they were acting for us as well, and very genuinely. When we took possession of the flat, on Valentine's Day, my wife and I toasted the event with Marlee, after she had given us the keys and we walked into it for the first time as our own. Friends and family see it as a dream home. We could not be more grateful than we are to Chase Evans for their handling of the sale of it to us. We love everything about it.

GoogleI cannot recommend Tony Truong highly enough. From the first meeting, he was very professional, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He gave us many tips and advice. I had a difficult and complicated sale and Tony went above and beyond to help. He was tireless in his efforts and did absolutely everything he could to assist. He provided regular updates and his communication was excellent. I was kept in the loop throughout the process and believe that without Tony chasing every party (there were a lot of people involved) the sale would not have gone through. I want to thank him for his hard work, persistence and being such an incredible estate agent. The rest of the team at Chase Evans were also always helpful, every time I was in the office and needed something witnessed or printed it was no problem at all and a pleasant experience. Do not hesitate to use Tony or Chase Evans to sell your property! If I could give a higher rating than 5 stars I definitely would.

Renewal of tenancy agreement - Amruta Satia has been extremely helpful on this renewal with clear communication in terms of potential new guidance & renewal terms. In addition, her response is very timely and no ambiguity comments which to us is extremely important. Just hope that other Chase staff could follow her as an example.

I worked with Amruta and she was very helpful, nice and kind. It was a pleasure working with her throughout the tenancy replacement process and she made sure to address any concerns we had as well as do her best to expedite the process for us. It’s just the referencing process took way longer than we expected but that’s more of a referencing agency issue rather than a letting agency issue.

Kimberly has ensured that the tenants have been looked after as well as expediting the repairs for a new boiler. Kimberly has responded swiftly to any questions asked and has made sure that the contractors carried out the repairs as quickly as possible.
