GoogleDealing with estate agents is already a pain but these guys take it to a whole new level. AVOID!!! Agent Shahid scheduled a viewing with me and when I called him later that day because he hadn’t sent me any confirmation he claimed he doesn’t remember me nor my booking and when I tried to remind him of our conversation he got very rude “do you want to see the flat or not?” He then made another appointment which he cancelled because the flat went off the market. Really horrible people don’t work with them.

GoogleUnprofessional agency that can't keep viewing appointments. I had a viewing scheduled and confirmed - after the original appointment time was rescheduled. My wife and I show up on time and agent is no where in sight and couldn't be reached. This was all while rain is pouring down on us... When we finally do reach the agent on the phone they come up with some story about how they where there, we were not, and since the tenants have left, there is no access to the flat. A lovely story 10 minutes after our appointment time. These folks are 1 star reviewed for a reason. AVOID THESE LIARS!

GoogleReviewed as a tenant for one of the properties they are renting out in West London, tenancy period 2 years. In general responsive yet high turnover of staff, which means that sometimes emails remain unanswered as people have already left the company without notice to the tenant, - we had to wait weeks to get a broken down washing machine fixed, and had to push for it constantly. They charge high fees for inventory check-out and more than a month's of rent as deposit. We spent 42k GBP in rent plus 300 GBP on their recommended provider of a comprehensive end of tenancy cleaning service and they still screw us for a paltry 300 GBP in alleged damage to the property, which was either fair wear and tear or already existent when we moved in - which we recorded via email with attached pictures at the move in date - yet to no avail, case now going through the dispute resolution process. A dishonest, far too busy and superficial company - strongly discourage anyone from using them.
