Generally responsive and follow things up okay. However communication is disappointing - I had requested to extend my stay, but was not updated as soon as next tenant decided not to rent, and could not extend at the end. Also the guide agent is poorly mannered - inserted key to door attempting to open the door with visitors, while I was running to get the door.

I've been living in a flat managed by Chase Evans. We were assigned Danish Ashraf from VIP team as our property manager. We requested for balcony cleaning as it wasn't properly done during the pre-tenancy cleaning. Danish sorted it out with the landlord and scheduled a cleaning right away. Really appreciate the quick response!

5 stars is not enough to give Edmond from Chase Evans for the support shown at the end of the tenancy. He did stick with he’s words of making sure we won’t be charged randomly and u fair! I will encourage all to rent with them as I will sure if I want to rent I’ll be using them again!

Owen Symons (lettings) and Daniel Ashraf (East Property Management) were communicative, responsive, helpful, prompt and informative. They actually get back to you when they've said that they will. Daniel instantaneously took action to correct an issue identified upon moving in. Best estate agent I've ever dealt with (and I'm over 50 and have dealt with a lot in my lifetime).

GoogleSimply DO NOT make the mistake of renting from them. Not only will they give the expensive apartment in terrible condition and not fix anything, they will also deduct tons and tons of money from your deposit for their own faults!! They are GREEDY, only care about money and the landlords. Want to be cheated and mistreated? Rent from Chase Evans for a terrible experience!
