GoogleHorrible management by the Agents. I have rented a flat with them and got a broken dishwasher from the beginning. I have been chasing them for more than 3 months to get it fixed yet no progress made. Always saying yeah they are working, dunno what. Absolutely worse management team. Wouldn't recommend taking service with them at all.

Considering prices of everything has gone up this year, our landlord had proposed a huge increase in our monthly rent because they also hadn't done this over 2 years but our renewals negotiator - Madison Feng was super helpful. They listened to our comments and put this nicely to the landlord and got us a fair and good amount for rent. We are staying for another year and happy with the results.
