GoogleIf you don’t wanna waste your money, don’t take something from them. I had a terrible experience with them. as soon as you pay for them (I paid the full rent in advance upon their request), they stop answering your questions and replying to your emails. I got the apartment dirty, you have to check every detail before you pay because they hide it cleverly. Once I report of the damaged things at the beginning and asked them to replace it. They refused and stopped answering. At the end of the tenancy, they asked me to repair things and work in the apartment for one hour but they took a whole day working and I couldn’t rest! They just lie until they get what they want. Stop believing them and save your money.

They never give to us the deposit back when we have left the house. They founded any excuse to keep it. So just make sure when you leave the flat or you enter in the flat you take pictures of every single thing

GoogleLast year Tasif Mahmood at Chase Evans helped myself and my partner find a rental property in the Islington area. I found him to be highly professional and knowledgeable without being at all pushy, and he also went above and beyond to arrange parking for us in the building once we had agreed a let.
