This review is ONLY regarding Kin Lee. I've had several huge problems with ChaseEvans, so, if this was a review for ChaseEvans as a company, it would have been 1 star. However, Kin Lee has always been super professional up until today (15/07/2022). I highly recommend him, it's good to find people this efficient.

GoogleSalesperson Alexandre Chapalian is one the worst, rudest agent in E14. He got really upset after I didnt raise my offer and he started sending me insulting emails. I have never come across anyone like that before. Avoid them at any cost. They are overpricing their flats anyway.
