GoogleI worked with Jack and Lisa who were able to answer all my questions and helped get me into a unit after quickly setting up viewings. The only area of improvement would be the speed of getting me a formal contract. I had to put in all the work to ‘chase’ down my contract, otherwise I truly don’t think I would have got it before my intended move in date. Great team, and efficient when they want to be. But some work to do on putting contracts together much quicker.

GoogleHad a wonderful experience with Chase Evans, finding an apartment. They were professional and very helpful throughout. We had the privilege of Martin Krivka being our agent; he was extremely helpful and friendly. He went extra lengths to make sure he accomodated our requests and was throughout encouraging and a pleasure to work with, in addition to being approachable. Overall a great experience and highly recommend Chase Evans!

I moved in to my apartment managed and leased by chase Evans, the apartment was missing some arrangements, after a talking and bouncing through a few people, I spoke to ms Lee Chen and my experience with chase Evans peaked, she was very helpful, took time to listen to all my concerns, related to all of them, and re-assured me that she would handle them, in a very timely manner she did, she contacted the landlord in a very timely manner and cordinated very professionally between the two parties, she cared very much about my problems and took interest. I'm very pleased with he professionalism and dedication to her job as well as caring to help people in distress.
